General information
We have a range of machines fully supported by tool room and ancillary finishing equipment including inkjet printing, punching and cutting. This means we can produce long and short runs in many types of thermoplastic materials including rigid and flexible PVC, ABS, HDPE, Polypropylene, Styrene, Acrylic, Polycarbonate etc. New profiles are continually being added to our range and we also design and manufacture profiles to our customers’ own requirements using the latest CAD/CAM equipment.
Square & rectangular tubing
We have a range of standard tooling for square & rectangular tubes.
Round tubing
We offer a wide range of tube sizes, which are all produced to order, from 2mm to 150mm outside diameter, in a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
Oval tubing
We also manufacture a range of oval tubes, which are all produced to order, in a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
PVC planking / fencing
We offer a range of rigid PVC multi cavity planking profiles for use in fencing, trailer boards and construction applications etc.
Click and Fix Panel Section
Click & Fix is a high density polyethylene panel section. This new easy self assembly system is easily made into panels and takes fixings for ancillary equipment. The simple and effective jointing system gives a smooth easily cleaned surface.
