Tatra Plastics was founded in 1963 and now operates from its site in the picturesque village of Norwood Green, near Halifax.
We specialise in the manufacture of plastic injection moulding, tube and profile extrusions, Telecom products, and Railway pads and aids, all in a wide range of engineering thermoplastic materials.
Tatra Plastics have been providing a competitive, quality service for over 40 years and will endeavour to do so well into the future.
The in-house expertise enables Tatra Plastics to offer total solutions to our customers for the most demanding product specifications, from initial concept through to the finished product.
Products & Services Available
Extrusion
We have a wide range of tooling to produce Tubes up to 130mm diameter, solid rods, square and rectangular tubing, as well as a range of standard utility profiles.
Injection Moulding
We have a range injection moulding machines from 30 to 250 tonnes. We mould in ABS, LDPE, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC, Nylon and a huge range of engineering plastics. We also perform a wide range of in-cycle and post-production finishing, assembly and packing.
Telecommunication
We have a range of BT approved Telecom products for External & Installation, Tools & Appliances, Telephone & Exchange Equipment Parts and Transmission.
Railway Products
We produces a range of Network Rail approved Rail Pads and Sleeper Inserts incorporating the Arun Plastics range of products.
