Gland Caulking (1964)

This product was developed to repair gas leaks in British Telecom Exchanges. The General Post Office, as it was then known, had apparently suffered problems caused by leaking natural gas. Tatra Plastics came up with a solution which is still in use and being sold around the world nearly 40 years on.
