Welcome to the website of Tatra Plastics, one of the UK's longest established specialists in the manufacture of PVC extrusions, plastic extrusions, plastic tube, profile extrusions and Injection moulding.
We are exclusive manufacturers of the Click & Fix range of plastic panelling products. This lightweight, self-assembly system can quickly and easily be made into an almost endless variety of uses, from sports pavilions and outhouses to agricultural buildings, screens and fencing.
We also produce a range of Tubes and Profiles in ABS, Acrylic, PVC, HDPE, Polypropylene, Noryl, Polycarbonate, Polythene, Polyethylene, Styrene, Rigid & Flexible and Co-extrusions. We have a large library of tools including square, rectangular, oval and round profiles, solid rods and planking.
We are a BT and Network Rail approved supplier. The UK’s telecoms, railways and many other industries rely on Tatra components.
With our knowledge, experience and experience going back almost 50 years, we can help you with the design of your product and can advise on the best ways to reduce product and tooling costs as well as helping ensure you obtain the quality levels you desire.
We can work from faxed or e-mail drawings in many formats including solidworks, proE, .DXF and .DWG files, or from samples of existing product.

Click & Fix
Click & Fix plank is an incredibly easy to assemble and versatile plastic panel solution for a huge variety of uses, from kennels, catteries and stables to walls fences and flooring.
Extrusion
We have a wide range of tooling to produce Tubes up to 130mm diameter, solid rods, square and rectangular tubing, as well as a range of standard utility profiles.
Injection Moulding
We have a range injection moulding machines from 30 to 250 tonnes. We mould in ABS, LDPE, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC, Nylon and a huge range of engineering plastics. We also perform a wide range of in-cycle and post-production finishing, assembly and packing.
Telecommunication
We have a range of BT approved Telecom products for External & Installation, Tools & Appliances, Telephone & Exchange Equipment Parts and Transmission.
Railway Products
We produces a range of Network Rail approved Rail Pads and Sleeper Inserts incorporating the Arun Plastics range of products.
