Tatra Plastics Manufacturing Limited - PVC and Plastic Extrusion and Injection Moulding.
Tatra Plastics was founded in 1963 and specialises in the manufacture of plastic tube and profile extrusions, injection moulding, Telecom products, and Railway pads and aids, all in a wide range of engineering thermoplastic materials. We also produce the Click and Fix range of plastic panelling products.
We are a BT and Network Rail approved supplier and have been providing a competitive, quality service for over 45 years.
Our in-house expertise enables Tatra Plastics to offer total solutions to our customers for the most demanding product specifications, from initial concept through to the finished product.
We produce a range of Tubes and Profiles in ABS, Acrylic, PVC, HDPE, Polypropylene, Noryl, Polycarbonate, Polythene, Polyethylene, Styrene, Rigid & Flexible and Co-extrusions. We also have a huge library of tools including square, rectangular and round profiles, solid rods and many others.

Click & Fix
Click & Fix is a high density polyethylene panel section. This new easy self assembly system is easily made into panels and takes fixings for ancillary equipment. The simple and effective jointing system gives a smooth easily cleaned surface.
Extrusion
We have a wide range of tooling to produce Tubes up to 130mm diameter, solid rods, square and rectangular tubing, as well as a range of standard utility profiles.
Injection Moulding
We have a range injection moulding machines from 30 to 250 tonnes. We mould in ABS, LDPE, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, PVC, Nylon and a huge range of engineering plastics. We also perform a wide range of in-cycle and post-production finishing, assembly and packing.
Telecommunication
We have a range of BT approved Telecom products for External & Installation, Tools & Appliances, Telephone & Exchange Equipment Parts and Transmission.
Railway Products
We produces a range of Network Rail approved Rail Pads and Sleeper Inserts incorporating the Arun Plastics range of products.
